Great classic pump!
"I've been looking for a good professional navy pump for a long time, and I think I've finally found it with these! The navy was a little darker in person than on my computer monitor (which I appreciated). It's more of a true navy than the "dark blue" that it looked on my computer - a tiny difference, but it can be an important one. The shoe is stylish while still being appropriate for my conservative office environment. I haven't worn them for an extremely long day yet, but haven't had any fit or comfort problems yet, so I don't foresee it being an issue. It's certainly not a tennis shoe, but no heel is. This is a great classic pump!"

My Go-To Shoe
"This is probably my most favorite shoe -- it's comfortable, I love the heel height and is a classy, elegant shoe for everyday professional wear. My only disappointment is that it is not available in other colors (I own the black and the blue) and I have had a hard time locating it on-line and in my local store."

Good for price but wears quickly
"I like the shoe - style, comfort level etc. However after wearing them the patent is peeling off on the heel and where the heel meets the back of the shoe. Also the front of the sole is starting to peel down in the front."

Heel slips out of shoe
"I loved the look of these shoes and really wanted them to work. Unfortunately, they were difficult to walk in because the sole is not flexible and my heels constantly slipped out of the back of the shoes."

Poor quality
"The heel slips like other reviewers stated. I put in heel grips which seemed to help. However, after wearing them for only about a month, the toe portion of the platform is peeling off, and the rubber bottom part of the shoe is separating from the base. Not worth $20 let alone $50."

Perfect Work Shoes
"I saw these on the website but always like to try on before I buy. I was concerned because my local store didn't have my size in the color I wanted, but went to try a different color on anyway. To my surprise, these shoes ran so long that I am able to wear a half size down (8.5) from my normal size (9). I was able to buy the color I wanted that day in the store, since they had them in the size I needed. I still have to wear a heel grip in the back of my right shoe (my left foot is slightly bigger) but otherwise they fit perfectly. I have worn them twice for work all day with no problems, up and down from my chair and walking around the office. They only start to hurt a little at the very end of the day, when I am about to head home. All in all, I love these shoes! Wish they still had them available in nude, I would buy them in a heartbeat. (Would have given them five stars if they were sized accurately.)"

"I ordered a size 8. The are not very true to the size, ran small. I tired on a 8.5, they slipped off the back of my heel. They look great, but I don't like the fit."

Great shoe
"This shoe runs a bit long, no other complaints. The shoe is very comfortable & the heel is not so high as to make walking a few blocks in them uncomfortable. Have already recommended them to a friend looking for navy pumps."

"Everyone is correct...heel comes out of shoes even though I purchased those heel grips that you attach at back of heel. There goes $49 in the garbage."

"Didn't realize that others would have the exact same problem, but I can't keep my feet in either! They felt like the right size in the store, and then I wore them out and was constantly falling out of them. I've tried adding insoles, and that hasn't worked either. Not quite sure why the fit is so poor."

Can't keep on my feet
"I love the look of these shoes, just what I wanted. HOWEVER, they are a terrible fit. They don't stay on my feet. They are the right size and I wear a ton of heels but these just don't stay put. I constantly fall out of them. Worn them twice and wish I could now return them. I do not recommend these."
