1st online order - Ann Klien moccasin loafers
" These loafers were a good deal. Comfortable casual kicks. The color was a little different than expected and appeared on line. Instead of blue, it's more of a muted dark grey. However, that's okay because the color is more neutral and will go with more things. It's still different from my usual black. They were a little too big, but exchanging them was very easy.
Also, as far as the company DSW in general is concerned The website is easy to maneuver. Great promotions and reward program. Also great customer service in stores. Easy online ordering, delivery and return/exchange options and procedures. However, the wait for a customer service rep on the phone was a bit long. Not terrible, but if you don't have the extra 5 - 8 minutes, it may try your patience. Unfortunately, the free promotional item ("Jerry Bag") was sold out, and no replacement was offered. Otherwise the service was friendly and polite. "

Most comfortable loafer ever
" I wore these shoes out in one season. Looks great with grey, black, and so incredibly comfortable, especially if you're on your feel alot. They sold out of my size, otherwise I would have bought another pair! "
