Not Impressed

"I bought this clutch because I wanted to have a versatile bag to wear with evening dresses/outfits. The bag itself showed up banged up and scratched even in the protective bag; the faux leather on the back of the clutch was damaged. Too bad. I have a few others of this same brand and never had this issue."
