" first time I'm disappointed from Steve Madden shoes. this flat is totally uncomfortable. I just wore it inside the house for about 5 min and I couldn't wait to take them off, my feet hurt for a couple of hours. and the front part looks very awkward. will return it. the costumer service is greatest though "

False description, horrible fit
" I ordered these online, sight unseen, hoping for the best. I know SM shoes can often run quite small so, I sized up. I typically wear a 9.5, 10 on occasion, but, ordered the 11. Still, the shoe felt short. Oddly though, the rest of the shoe was too big, as it should have been. The edge gaped all around my foot. If you look closely at the product photo, you can see the edges curl up slightly (I hadn't noticed this before). This was true of the shoe I received and looked very cheap. Also, the description states these are patent leather but, the pair I received was entirely man made. The only positive comment I have on this shoe is the nude color would be a nice neutral. "

Cute & versatile!
" I originally ordered the version of this style that had a pointed toe, but unfortunately they were too small. I went to exchange them for a larger size and instead found these shoes -- and I'm so glad I did! They are extremely comfortable; the patent leather stretches within a couple of days to fit your feet exactly. The color is so pretty -- it's very neutral and goes with everything. I've been wearing them almost every day since I got them (about 3 weeks ago) and no scratches or smudges on the patent leather so far. Love it! "

Stylish but short lived
" The Good: They are very cute and I frequently got compliments on them. They go with anything.
The Bad: I got these shoes less than a year ago and already need to replace them.
The Ugly: I don't wear them everyday because they don't have the support I need for my flat feet, but the lining on the inside is completely peeled off and the bottom of the shoe is now cracked and has a hole in it. I now need to replace them and I won't be buying a second pair. "
