Break them in
" These flats are so cute, but they are exactly the size of your foot with a snugness on the heel. But once you break them in they are fine! "

Yuck--Leather!
" Although the description on the web site indicates that the shoes are synthetic, the stamp on the shoe itself states that the sole is leather. I avoid wearing animal products, so I was very disappointed.
I did get compliments on them, and they were more comfortable than I expected.
At first I thought the bow might be too big, but it's actually fine. "
