No arch support?
" I'm surprised by the positive reviews these shoes have. Under the cushioned contour insole, there is no real arch support in these shoes. My arches and heels hurt just standing in them for a couple of minutes. The rubber toe is also reminiscent of clown shoes. "

" I have to say I was actually impressed with these shoes. I bought these for a trip to Havasupai Falls because I needed shoes that I could hike with, climb rocks in, and wear in water up to my waist. I was a little unsure if these would be adequate but I have to say they far exceeded my expectations. I was able to hike over 25 miles in these shoes with 16 of those miles occurring in one day. I had only slight irritation on my feet and that was because I was in and out of sandy water. The next day I put socks on and was totally fine. Plus they actually look pretty cute and are not bulky, so I was able to backpack them in and keep the extra weight off my bag since they are relatively lightweight. Rating these a 5 as they are super comfy and versatile. "
