" As everyone is aware, this has been a particularly harsh winter. After denial resulted in multiple pairs of my non-waterproof boots being ruined by salt and snow I finally realized it was time to invest in warm waterproof boots. Unfortunately, everyone else decided this too so the options were quite limited. Even with limited options, I liked the simple basic nice look of this boot. The only issue was I had to size down. Normally I am size 7.5, but half sizes were not available and size 8 was already sold out. The 7 just barely fit but walking around my apartment my foot kept grazing the front of the boot which made me nervous. Too bad! I liked the look and feel otherwise and this upcoming fall I plan to go back to DSW to try on another pair of Totes boot, but this time in my size! "
