So disappointed!
" I love the look of these boots (Got the black) and I was so excited about getting them. But when I tried them on they hurt like crazy in front where the boot ends on my ankle. I can't walk without them digging on me. I'm really sorry to have to return these. Maybe they work for someone with thinner legs/ankles.

in love with boots
" I bought them also under the Matisse brand. They are hard to put on, and I'm guessing the longer your foot, the harder it is. However, after putting them on and off several times they give. They are very comfortable, I can spend all day in these. I walk a lot at school and in the house, I can even go shopping in these. The do fit inside jeans with a boot cut. I imagine that if you wear skinny jeans they do not fit inside the cuff and you have to tuck the jeans in the boot.

love the design
" However this shoe, as flat as it is, is not comfortable. The only reason I ordered it was because the design was so different to all the sandals out there, but it is an awkward little sandal both to buckle and to walk on. The foot bed is very narrow so much so that my foot overflows it and my foot is not wide at all. The strap and buckle "choke" the leather around your ankle and this is how you fasten it. As you walk these pieces of leather begin to move and it becomes bothersome. On top of everything, and this was my mistake for not thinking before I buy, the material around your ankle is fake leather thus making it very sweaty. I was going to try to make them work, but after writing this review I changed my mind and I will return them.

comfy but...
" Your foot will slide down towards the front rubbing the sole of your foot a bit. Comfortable, but not to wear all day. I bought a 7 because I usually buy 7 1/2 to 8, but this brand only has whole numbers. The 8 is too long for me, the 7 fits perfect. I thought the sandal would be more comfortable.
