" I would highly recommend these shoes! If you plan on wearing barefoot I would order 1/2 size smaller than you normally wear in athletic shoes. "

" The main thing I did not like about these shoes is that my heel slides up and down in them when I walk and this is even after I tighten the laces. I like the shoes because they do make my legs work harder when I walk. "
