Okay, but not what I was expecting
" I had some Wild Diva Platform Peep-Toe combat boots I got from DSW a year or so back, which I completely wore out and which drew compliments from men and women. I was looking to replace them with these but these are inferior in quality and style. These look cheap especially considering the cost of these boots. They also gap at the inside ankle and they don't feel really stable and comfy like my other boots did. Also note that the black color is NOT black....its a slate gray which cant be worn with anything like black can. So Im gonna have to send them back and keep looking for some awesome black peep-toe combat boots.

Beautiful shoes but painful cutout on toe
" I agree with another reviewer that she shoes are gorgeous! I got the ombre pair and get rave compliments every time I wear them. The ombre are more like a pale pink that transitions to charcoal....just gorgeous! One person saw them and told me that they were "giving her life". However, they are painful around the toe are and dig into my big toe and my foot at the top of the shoe and I have average sized feet. I didn't go up a half size like one reviewer recommended, but that probably would have made them too loose in the back. I did put insoles in to see if that would help and it did some but they were still somewhat uncomfortable around the toe and dug into the top of my toe when I had to do any walking.
I'm keeping them...but will only wear to work at office when I only have to walk to and from my car and down a short hallway. "

Another sexy SM style
" These are another sexy yet classy style from SM. These arent my favorites from SM, but they are pretty close and very nice! The color is gorgeous and the fit is perfect. They are comfortable and I got compliments the very first time I wore them. I recommend if you're looking for comfort and versatility to go from work to evening.

Everyone loves these shoes!
" This is the SECOND pair of these I have bought. I bought a pair about 6 months ago and wear them so much I decided to buy a second pair to ensure I have many many more miles out of these. EVERY time I wear them I get compliments! The taupe color goes with everything and i wear them to work, out to dinner, every where. They are so comfy and stylish. I love these! So sexy, so sophistcated.

I love these shoes!!!
" These just arrived today and I wanted to take off the shoes I was wearing and put these on immediately! They're so cute and sexy and they will go with absolutely anything! I wanted something neutral and was leaning towards the lighter color, but decided to take a chance with the cognac colored ones. So glad I did. They were perfect! The color adds a little something more while still being neutral. The fit was perfect...the same as all Steve Maddens. They are quite comfortable and can be dressed up or down. Not meant o be worn if you have to be on your feet all day, but comfortable enough for hanging out and walking around. Great buy!
