80s western scrunch
" These look much taller online. They hit me at an unflattering place on my calves and the scrunched design made for fat ankles. I'm 5'9" so they really should have been a couple of inches taller in the size 9.5. No ruching would also be better - but that's a personal preference. Buttery-soft leather and comfortable soles couldn't save them for me. Had to return them to save myself from being compelled to go dancing in an 80s-themed footloose-like bar.

all the appeal of bubblegum and picnics
" very cute and a perfect fit with the curvature of the sole nestling the ball of the foot. i ended up returning them, though, as they were just too high for me.
i think the price is slightly high, also. the "glazed" fabric, shiny and pretty from a few feet away, looks a bit cheap and very casual close up. and let's call it what it is - plastic coated. "

love the print, love the shoe
" the faux snake print on hot pink is adorable. the heel is just tall enough to be sexy but still comfortable. i ordered two colors to choose from - the patent green is also gorgeous (especially with an orange pedicure) - but ended up keeping them both.
only complaint - the post of the thong is slightly too far back so i had to bend the sole to curve the shoe enough so my feet are placed where they should be w/o an inch in front of my toes. this makes them fit well, but creased the fabric of the soles a little.

fringe a little too pocahontas
" these looked sexy and unique online with their V-shaped vamp and t-strap. but once on my feet they just were not me. i couldn't do the fringe. perfect for someone who can pull off that look. the gold studs are cute. i liked the suede heel. reasonably comfortable for the amount of time i had them on to try out.

" wasn't sold on the color at first - i don't love metallics - but it grew on me. love the compact profile - hard to find these days. no bulkiness on the sole but still feels well balanced.
