Loved the look, but not that comfy
" I bought these in grey and loved the look. They seemed a bit flat and not padded (on the bottom) in the store, but I took a chance and bought them thinking I'd put insoles and arches in. Well that didn't work. I put them in and then they were too tight at the toes. Just didn't work for me. Went back.

great for messy weather
" I was looking for a pair of boots that I could wear in wet or slushy weather. So I got these on a great sale and sprayed them with silcone spray. Have worn them in the rain and they're great. I did find them a tad hard on the bottom-- added some cushioned insoles and they're perfect. I also like that because of the zipper and the ties, they can really be adjusted to fit, but are still easy on'off. Would recommend.

Not great
" Really wanted to like these, since I liked the look and I LOVE clarks. But I am a pretty standard 9.5 in Clarks and they were too short. They also weren't as cushy as I'm used to with Clarks. Had to go back.

very stiff, didn't work
" I found the "leather" (?) of these boots very stiff and uncomfortable. The boot was also too wide for me, but mostly I was bothered by the stiffness. I no longer buy things that have to "break in", so maybe they would have gotten softer with time, but I wasn't willing to chance it. They went back.

tried twice, no luck
" I love the look of these boots and really, really wanted them to work. But the first pair I ordered had the zipper on the wrong side of the foot! Obviously flawed. So I returned them or reordered. Second pair had the zippers in the right places, but they were just too wide for me, my foot was swimming in them. Had to go back again. I normally wear a 9.5, usually on the narrow side.

" My 20yo daughter bought these for everyday college wear. She says they're very comfy. I remember them when I was her age, but apparently they are now trendy again, she tells me!

love these shoes!
" I needed walking shoes for an international trip in November and found these first in black elsewhere. They were so comfortable that when I saw them at DSW in a dusty purple (my favorite color), I grabbed them. Extraordinarily comfortable. I walked miles in them each day and yet the arch support was good enough that it didn't bother my knees or legs. Love Clarks in general, but these are really wonderful.

Very sharp looking
" I really like the look and feel of these, and I think they look great for waterproof boots. They are a little wide and I had to put in insoles to make them a bit more snug.

love these!
" You get what you pay for... These are real suede and you can feel it. The leather has some give and breathes. I love the look of the block heel and trendy buckles, but they also make them easy to walk in and to adjust. I bought them in black. A win/win! They were more expensive than my usual shoe, but I think it was worth it for the use I will get out of them.

" I wanted to love these as a good walking shoe with skirts and dresses. But when I got them home, decided they were a little short and not all that well padded for walking. Ended up returning them.

too flat for me
" I loved the look of these, but I can't wear really flat flats. Was hoping that the little heel would be enough height for my arch. But alas, was not to be. I also thought they were a little short. (I wear a 9.5). I returned them.

Laces were a pain
" I loved the look of these and they were quite comfortable. I particularly liked the small heel. But the laces were a pain to do up and take off. I ended up returning them.

Really wanted to keep these
" They were very comfy in the store, and unlike a lot of this year's gladiator sandals, had some cushioning and a small wedge. But....when I got them home and wore them around the house they rubbed at my heels. I was afraid they'd cause blisters, so back they went.

So cute!
" I absolutely love these comfy, trendy red sandals. They are cushioned and really comfortable to walk in, but don't look dowdy, particularly in red. My only, small quibble is that the buckle at the ankle is a little hard to fasten. Would have liked Velcro. Size is true.

More like a shoe
" I liked the look of these, but found they were very warm to wear, even walking around my house. They are so closed that they are more like a shoe than a sandal. That wasn't what I wanted so I returned them.

Cute and comfortable
" It's so hard to find cute, comfortable, slightly dressy black sandals. I was thrilled to find these! Not too high, but a little height, a little shine and fully adjustable. I am sure I'll get a lot of wear out of them.
