Very uncomfortable
" I really wanted to love these boots. They were as cute in person as they were online. However, once I tried them on there was a noticeable difference between the right and left boot. The left's arch support was much higher than the right. Both were so large in the heel that I was almost slipping out of them and the gap around the ankle was quite significant. As I walked around, they rubbed in many places. The leather is stiff, not soft. The length of the shoe was fine and so going down a size was not an option. Back they go. "
