bad condition
" The shoes in the photo look new, but the shoes I received are not. I ordered two pairs, both have big irregular yellow spot on the leather. It seems that these shoes have been in storage for way too long! These are NOT deals at this condition. Not worth anything, IMHO.

very bad quality
" at this price, I was expecting very well made boots. maybe I was unlucky, but the heel on one of boots I ordered is misaligned horizontally by about 4mm. The other boot looks OK, though. returned them of course.

not up to Cole Haan quality
" I am very disappointed to find gaps (about 1mm) where the rubber sole is bonded to leather on these brand-new shoes. This is far from the Cole Haan quality I was expecting. Will return.

" The leather on these shoes are not very good; the sole seems to be cheaply made. It is comfortable, but I doubt its durability. Bottomline; doesn't worth the price. Clarks is better.
