" I bought this bag as it looked amazing in the picture.
The size was big enough. The leather soft but not a great grade of leather. It was rather dull looking. The straps seemed thin and cheap. Overall it was disappointing. Based on the picture, I was expecting a much better upscale bag. I ended up returning it to a nearby DSW. The return was handled with no problems. "
