Looks like jeans, but no waistband bulge!
" I really like the stretch and fit of these "jeans"--perfect for the trendy look of wearing a longer top and tall boots! I have been looking for jeans/jeggings for awhile that are flattering, slenderizing, and don't have a button/zipper that create a bulge under my shirts. They are stiff and thick, like jeans...not soft like leggings, FYI.
