Quality Control Issues
" I absolutely love the styles produced by Charles by Charles David but based on the purchase of two pairs of boots and two pairs of booties there is a HUGE quality control issue with this brand. I had to exchange these items multiple times in order to get acceptable pairs. I am hoping that the company has addressed these issues this season because i really like their style. Fix this please.
