wearing down after two days

" I like these boots a lot. I wish I had been able to get the wide calf version, but they weren't available in my size. But these fit well enough, and as long as I wear thin leggings or something similar underneath them, they fit just fine. However, after only two days wearing these, the toe started wearing down, to where there's a spot on them that isn't black anymore. And I have no idea how that happened, since I haven't been kneeling down on that toe. And even if I did and just didn't realize it, it should not have worn down that much that quickly. It just makes me think that the product is poor quality. "
