Disappointed
" I have a lot of New York Transit in my wardrobe. Love them! This pair is beautiful, but I have a narrow foot and they are still too tight in width. All straps are wide elastic. They rub the tops of my toes and my heels.

Egyptian Princess
" My co-worker said I looked like an Egyptian Princess with these shoes on. I wear a medium width and the shoe upper is about a half inch above my foot. I still like them, and they don't make that annoying flip-flop sound when you walk.

Great fit
" Seemed a little short at first, but once worn the braided top piece stretches to give the correct length. I got them wet in a rain storm and was concern they would shrink or become stiff. That was not the case.
