" The cross strap on the shoe rubs the top of my foot. I wear a size eight and when I tried it on in the store an eight was too snug (possibly because of the cloth straps). I purchased an eight and a half so the fit was better but the chafing from the bow that forms from the cross straps on the top of the foot is extremely uncomfortable when walking. The first DSW shoe I have been unhappy with! "
