" These boots look great on the site, but don't be fooled. They are very poor quality. I unzipped the boot, right out of the box and they were already falling apart. It appears to be constructed with glue. The boots, although shiny and made of real leather are very thin and flimsy. I expected a stiffer boot that would stay on my legs without falling down, but these are slouchy already. The braiding in the picture looks nice online, but very cheap in person. I expected these shoes to last several years, but I doubt they would last one season.
Size wise, they run very small. I wear a size 7 and have been able to fit a 6.5 on occasion, but I would need at least an 8 to wear these. I also noticed one boot seems smaller than the other. I was barely able to get my left foot into the left boot (very stiff there and the heel pinches as well), but I was not able to get more than my toes into the right boot. MY left foot is slightly bigger than my right so The right boot must have been much smaller than the left boot. If you still insist on buying these boots, size up. Also although the foot was small, the calves were huge. I have muscular calves and boots are hard to fit for that reason, but these were still roomy. "
