" I was surprised at how comfy these flats were! They are cushioned inside and have some arch support. I got the nude/black ones and they match well with different outfits. They do fit a little snug (because of the elastic). I usually wear 6 or 6.5 (depending on the shoe) and got them in 6.5. After wearing them for a day, I think 7 might be a little more comfortable--my toes might feel a little less squished. "
