Buy a 1/2 size up
" These shoes are gorgeous. I read the reviews and purchased a 1/2 size up...I typically wear a 7.5 and I bought an 8. I own other BCBG shoes and it's best to just buy a 1/2 size up, especially with the pointy-toed shoes because they do run short. I didn't experience any discomfort or any rubbing, but I was wearing tights. It might be different without them. Either way, I would recommend.

Wish I could wear them...
" Love the look of these boots. They are super cute and I was so excited to get them on my feet. Problem is that I couldn't get them on!! The dark camel part of the boot is so rigid that I slid my foot in the shaft, but could not go any further. These are headed back to the store today. :(

Not so "wide" calf
" Ordered these boots during double points week and with my birthday certificate. I always have trouble with boots; I'm 5'4 but I have wide muscular calves and cankles...not caused from being heavy. These boots are not wide width for calves. I got the zipper halfway up easily and then really had to stretch the shaft to try to get the boot even 3/4 of the way zipped. I plan to keep them in hopes that wearing them a couple of times will get the shaft to stretch out more, but if you are one of my fellow muscular calf girls, you might want to try another boot. If you don't mind that they are a little tight, I would definitely recommend because they are super cute and super comfy.
