DSW service is great
" I have purchased dozens of pairs of shoes and boots from DSW. This was the very first pair that had a problem. The leather split after only 3 months of wear. BUT DSW gave me a new pair in exchange with no questions asked. That is GREAT service. Thanks DSW.
