Could they pass as a deep green?

" I tried these on in store and thought they were a rich dark green, but they didn't have my size, so a helpful store employee searched for them on her tablet right there in the aisle. She said I could order the size I want (I think I want anyway) and have them shipped to my house free. Clearly, that's what I did, I got home and reviewed the receipt and saw "black" listed as the color. I am curious whether I am getting color blind or if anyone else thinks they have a dark green look to them. I am actually hoping they do. For this reason, I called the store and having the ones I tried that are a 1/2 sz too big held for me to pick up tomorrow, just in case they are oddly two different colors. Any thoughts? "
