so disappointed

" I loved these shoes when I bought them and first put them on. However, they run long and don't hug my heel, so it's very hard to walk "normally" in them. I wear heels everyday to work, so it's not like I don't know how to walk in heels. In addition, where the back piece and front piece join at the bottom of the arch tore this morning. This is only the 2nd time I've worn them! Not what I expect in a pair of leather pumps. "
