Perfect present!
" I bought these for my best friend for her 21st birthday, she's been wanting "cowgirl" boots for quite some time now. She loved them! She's usually a 9.5 so I ordered her a 9 after reading the previous reviews, and they fit her like a glove. Would recommend.
