Good looking boots

" I'll begin by saying I had to return my first pair because they were too big: I had a bought a pair in size US9 (I normally wear a 9.5 to 10) but they were too long in the toe. I exchanged for a size 8.5, which DSW made very easy (I just brought it to my local DSW store, although they provide a shipping label to return).

The boots appear very well-crafted, but only time and use will tell. I plan to condition the leather using obenauf's HD. The leather is grain corrected and is a little lighter in color than it shows in the online pictures, where it seems a dark mulch brown. I figure that once I oil them, they'll take a much darker hue.

I'm pretty pleased, both with my purchase and my experience with DSW. "
