Wide Ankles
" I bought these for my daughter who typically wears an 8.5. We had to return these because they were a little wide in the ankle. But keep in mind she has very narrow ankles. The leather is a bit shinier than it appears in the photos. It is also taller than it appears and looked more like a riding boot than a combat boot. I typically wear a size 9 and I fit in these perfectly so they clearly run a little big. I considered keeping them but didn't like them enough to justify the $89 price. I gave it 3 stars because I might have actually kept them if they were closer to $49.

Best gladiator sandal ever!

" My normal size 9 was too long. Didn't read the reviews before ordering initially. I followed the suggestions in the reviews and re-ordered a 1/2 size down. They were perfect! If you are going for that boho chic look, then these sandals are for you. Looks fab with shorter boho style dresses and longer dresses with side slits. I get looks and at least two compliments every time I wear them. They truly feel like leather. A steal for the price! Bought them in black. Walked all around Times Square in these no problem.

Pretty sandals
" Bought these in black for my extremely picky daughter. She loved the look but said they are not meant for walking long distances. Her foot slides forward if she walks too fast and it starts rubbing between the toes. They are fine as long as you are not doing too much walking. They run true to size and fit well on her narrow foot. Overall a pretty sandal.

Too Shiny!
" Bought these in black and returned them. They were too shiny for my tastes. I also did not care for the leather. I am very particular about my leathers; must be buttery soft. Also, if you have slender calves and big feet like I do, keep looking...these are not for you. A little too much room in the calf to wear with a skirt. It's unfortunate because these were a steal. Cheapest price for these anywhere!!!!
