Love these!
" I have never been a fan of Uggs. I took a chance on these because I needed something warm and water proof for winter. I'm so glad I bought these! I want to get them in brown too now!
They are super warm and comfy. The lining is very soft. I highly recommend them.
Also, when I got the first ones, they were a bit too short so I went to the store to exchange them for a bigger size. The store did not have the size I needed so they ordered them for me and I had them in 2 days. Excellent customer service. The sales people at the store were extremely helpful and patient.

Adorable and comfy, but....
" I'm upset because I love these shoes! I've had them for a few months and have worn them maybe 7-10 times, mostly for just going out and about, running errands, etc. They are falling apart :( They are cute and so versatile. Much nicer and more comfy than other ballet type flats. Too bad they are not very well made.
