comfy foam base
" The base of the shoe is completely foam and it's a minimus shoe so don't expect anything fancy with the design. I'm trying to shift into forefoot running and this one came fairly commonly recommended so I decided to give them a try. I'm not disappointed but I'm not overly impressed either. I think I expected them to be much more comfy than they are. "
