Hate the new order online thing .....
" So i have been visiting my local dsw store frequently hoping to see if they got these franco sarto flats in and unfortunately the store has been promoting the ORDER ONLINE THING which I DONT LIKE AT ALL because although I received my flats on a timely manner and they are very pretty the color is a bit darker than the picture (which again would've helped if they were in the store), I have to return them not because of the dark color but for a different size, I just think that if dsw would have had them in the store i would'nt have to go thru the hassle of RETURNING & REORDERING again depending on the shoe i can fit a size 8/12 or 9 and its always been like this since i was a teen so the flats are beautiful but I have to return and see if I'm up to reordering or getting my money back I hope dsw listens to their customers feedback
