Love the look, but...

" Love the look of these boots. The color in the image above is pretty close to the actual color. Kind of hard to find a belt to match, but it's possible.

The third time I wore these boots, one of the eyelets for the laces broke free from the leather which ended up ripping down to the inside stitch. I wasn't tugging on the laces all that hard, but it did surprise me that something like that would happen on the third wear. Aldo is a decent brand so I'm sure that's not the norm, but something to consider. I ended up taking them back the next day to exchange for a different type of boot. Bummer. Also, the 3 times that I did wear them were rather uncomfortable. Again, I only wore them 3 times, so I didn't ever get them properly broken in, but, man, did I get some hot spots in those 3 wearings! "
