" I purchased the 6, and normally I'm a 5.5. Fit great! Great quality, and well made booties. I would say the heel 'feels' more like 4 inches, but they're comfy enough for me to wear all day at work, and go to the grocery store after. They should feel a lot better with foot petals, as there isn't much cushion in the foot bed. Overall, great shoe, and looks great with lots of outfits. Really extends the leg line. "
