" These boots are amaaazzzing. As a petite lady with tiny calves, I am always overjoyed to find a boot that has a true "14 calf circumference. They are also have a leather upper, which makes them nice and warm. However, what really makes these boots worth the five starts are the rubber soles. Living in PA, I walk through icy parking lots, driveways, and sidewalks more often than I would like. If you have had a boot with a slick sole, you know what I mean when I say that nothing is worse than face-planting on patch of black ice in the parking lot on your way to work. These boots are comfortable, cute, and practical. The trifecta! So glad to have found them. "

Great Boots!

" These are beautiful boots for an excellent price. I ordered the brown, which is really more of a deep-chocolate-almost-black. I have small calves (13") and these fit very well everywhere except the opening where there is a space just large enough to fit my hand. Though, for us small calved people, a hands breadth space is not a deal breaker. I also went with the advice of the reviewers and ordered half a size down (I wear I 6.5 to 7 and got the 7) and they fit perfect. "
