" I have been looking for rainboots for awhile and decided to check the DSW online store; had a lot of great options. I ordered a size too big but was able to take them back to the store and they performed an even exchange to order a size smaller; they were awesome to work with! and I didn't have to go through any hassle about trying to return/exchange them myself. I love the new size and they shipped very quickly! "
