" I bought these shoes in both the brown and black and have gotten a lot of wear out of them this summer. I usually wear a 5 - 5.5 in a flat shoe/sandal, got the 36 in these and it fits perfectly. Size 36 is usually the equivalent of a 6 but according to Chelsea Crew it's a 5, and I agree that the fit is closer to a 5. I have average width feet and the width is perfect. The only negative is that the soles of these are very hard. At first I thought they were uncomfortable, but after wearing them a while I got used to them. I wouldn't recommend them for all day walking, but they're fine for a few hours on your feet. I'm petite, so I appreciate the extra height without an actual heel. Both colors are very versatile, though I find that I wear the brown more. "
