Wide calf isn't so wide...
" First off, these boots are gorgeous. Quality materials you can see and feel, the leather is beautiful, and the details are perfect as well. However, DSW doesn't give you the option to look at what the calf circumference is on the Wide pair. You can only select "W" from the dropdown menu when ordering, and the stats that are posted under the picture are for the "M" pair. However, they were just gorgeous and I love the corset lacing so I had to try them. I tried them on and the fit in the actual foot area was perfect, but I could only manage to zip the shaft maybe halfway. I believe my calf circumference is a little under 16" and these will absolutely not fit my legs.. so reluctantly, I have to send them back. "
