" When I first saw these boots at DSW, I instantly fell in love. These are the perfect Chelsea boots at first look. I purchased the boots in September. Since then, they have turned gray on the toes and one boot has faded more than the other. I have tried using leather conditioner on the shoes to bring them back to life, but there is no hope. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT PURCHASE these boots. I own 5 others pairs of UGG shoes, all of which have lasted many years. I have no idea what happened with these, but the quality is not that of UGG. May I add, that this is not "normal" wear and tear. This is irregular fading. I hope this helps some of you!

Sexy Shoes!
" I love these shoes. I had a few ordering issues with these shoes because two pairs had come damaged but DSW customer service was quick to fix the problem! The pink color is amazing, so pretty. I can't wait to buy a few more colors!

Beautiful, my new favorites!
" When I ordered these shoes, I could not wait to get them. The blue is even more gorgeous in person! They are super high heel platforms that are incredibly sexy and beautiful. I am obsessed. I can not wait to wear them! They are a little tight, but after breaking them in around the house, I think they will be fine. If you are debating these shoes, just get them. You will love them too.

These are wonderful!
" After debating these sneakers for a few days, I decided I would give them a try. When I opened my door to my new shoes and opened the box, I instantly fell in love. The colors go great together. I put them on immediately and wore them around campus. They are comfortable and light weight. I purchased them with the intention of using them for work, but now I think they're to cute to ruin at a serving job. I love these!

Not what I expected
" When I purchased these shoes, I was slightly nervous because of how other Chinese Laundry shoes have looked and fit before. I decided to give them a try and when I opened my new shoe box, I was disappointed. Although, they are true to size and quite comfortable they made my feet look larger than they are. Looking at the picture on the website it looks like they are solid throughout the boot, but at the top of the leg they can fold over. This part makes them look "cheap". Due to all of these things, I am returning them. I am very short, so these boots would probably look better on someone who is 5'5 or taller.

My new favorites!
" I recently bought these boots in black in a size 8. I am normally a 7 1/2 to an 8, but these fit perfectly. I was unsure of them at first, but then I decided to wear them with jeans out the next night and they looked perfect! I wore them with leggings and they looked equally as adorable. I wore them to campus without breaking them in and the boots were very comfortable. These are the best boots!
