Not cute on me
" I needed a neutral colored sandal and like a chunkier heel for days/nights when I'll be walking or dancing for hours. I saw these featured in a couple of DSW's emails and they looked so adorable on the model. But on me they just looked like my feet were wrapped in giant ace bandages. Not cute! I think the neutral tone was just too close to my (very pale) skin color. Too bad because they were very comfortable!

Bummed!
" I just received these in the mail today in brown. Upon opening the box I immediately noticed that the suede on the toes of the boots is discolored a darker shade of brown than the rest of the boot, as if they had gotten wet or were really old and worn out. The discoloration was inconsistent between the two boots, so I don't think that it's intentional. I also noticed glue around the soles and loose stitching throughout. I'm bummed because they are SUPER comfortable and would be very cute with skinny jeans. They fit great too - I ordered an 8.5 (usually an 8.5 or 9) and the fit is perfect.

Too big in the ankles & calf
" I have had great success with Madden Girl boots in the past, however these did not work out as I had hoped. The color was pretty but the boots were just way, way too wide in the ankle area. I knew once they were broken in, they'd look all sloppy and bunchy. The calf area was also too big although I would have dealt with that if it weren't for the ankle issue. I'm returning these...the search for great fall boots continues.

Wider than they should be
" I had to return these because they were just way too wide in the ankle area. I could tell that after a few wears, the material would be too slouchy and bunchy around my ankles. I wanted riding boots that were dressy enough to wear with a dress or skirt to work, but these were more casual than they appeared in the online photos. I do think they run large. I usually wear size 8.5 or 9; I ordered these in 8.5 and still had plenty of room.

So cute, just wish they fit!
" I thought these would be the perfect casual summer shoe for days when I would be doing a lot of walking/biking around and wanted something more sturdy than sandals. Sadly, they seem to run 1/2-1 full size too small. I'm a consistent 8.5 across the board for nearly every brand, but these were so short I could barely wedge my feet in. I sent them back and ordered a 9 instead. I hope they fit! These are so cute - I love all the colors, reminds me of my travels in Mexico.

Hot to Trot!
" I bought these boots in black. Despite it being 90 degrees, I couldn't wait for the cooler weather so I wore them out dancing the other night with short-shorts to show off my legs. I LOVE the way the fringe moves! They are super sexy and I got a lot of compliments on them (and some jealous glances). They could use a little extra cushioning, so I plan on getting a gel insole, otherwise they're pretty comfy--the heel is wide and short enough that they're really easy to walk in. As one reviewer said, I also wish they were more narrow in the calf, but with jeans or leggings on they should be just right.

Love these winter boots!
" I am so happy I ordered these boots! I wore them last weekend for our first snowstorm of the season and they kept my feet warm, dry, and happy. I even wore them out dancing that night and they looked adorable with tights and a sweater dress. I got tons of compliments and people said I looked like a cute snow bunny! Gotta love that! The boots did seem to run a little on the small side (I usually wear 8.5 or 9), but they stretch a bit as they get broken in. I am ready for winter with these for sure. Highly recommend these boots!
