second pair - luv these booties!
" Sounds boring, but loved these so much that just searched everywhere to find again as wanted to replace pair I lost that were only a little over a year old. I wear them to work and with jeans, running errands or to meetings, just so great.(.plus don't have to worry about what socks or whatever as they usually don't show! :)
The heel is perfect because it is on the thicker base I can go a bit higher and not be uncomfortable for an everyday shoe. Sort of like stability of wearing a wedge .
I guess, for me, these are like the staple pair of boots others might have...but I
1) get claustrophobic in tight tall boots
2) can't afford the really nice ones right now, as would really also need the the wardrobe to show off tall boots!

Only thing to know is the finish is "weathered" My first pair was worse....or maybe I was more prepared this time. So don't expect shiny, perfect brown. anyway, I might add a pic later, but, as you can tell, highly recommend...as shoe that will be a staple you will love.
