cute comfy shoes, but tearable quality

" I love how comfy these shoes are. and they are so cute- i am very tall and it is hard to find cute heals that aren't too high. HOWEVER i wore them one time for 4 hours, to a dinner at a nice steakhouse...not even any type of activity, and the bottom tread is rubbed off and some of the coloring is off the heal and a thread is coming out of the side. How does this happen? When i walked across the restaurant to my table i literally slipped on the floor and my husband caught me (embarrassing). I really wish they would have been slightly more durable, i would like to wear a pair of shoes at least a couple times, so bummed they aren't working out "
