Fabulous
" I purchased the color labeled "Natural Snake," and they are so cute! They look great with skinny jeans and black pants. The faux snakeskin is actually very well done and not cheap looking at all. I'd call these true-to-size. I am a 6.0-6.5, and the 6.5 fits perfectly (as it does in all the SM Heaven faux leather styles I've tried).

Just great!
" These shoes are so cute! The leopard pattern has a great mix of browns, allowing these to be worn with a lot of different pants/outfits. The spots are a very dark brown-black (hard to tell which), so they work with black pants too. The fit is comfy and true-to-size. With the SM Heaven line, I find I need a 6.5 in their faux leather/"patent" styles (including these) and a 6.0 in their real leather styles.

Sub-par quality
" I ordered these in red, and I was definitely disappointed in the quality upon their arrival. It was as if the color was just spray-painted on--there were spots on the sides of each shoe that had not been fully covered, with an ugly tan color showing through. Not attractive. Fit-wise, these run pretty big. I ordered my usual size and they were slipping right off my feet; I'd definitely size down.

Not great
" I am all about faux leather, but I found these shoes especially plastic-y looking. Also, the blue color labeled "navy" is actually a much lighter, brighter shade of blue. I'd call the fit true-to-size, but not too comfortable, and the amount of toe cleavage was just odd-looking. Unfortunately, this pair is getting returned.

Cute and comfy!
" These shoes are very cute in person, and are quite comfortable, even the very first time you wear them! I would describe them as true to size, as I usually wear a 6 or 6.5, I ordered the 6.5, and they are just slightly loose. I have a slightly wider foot, and these accommodate that very well. It's true they have no arch support (like many flats) and will probably only last a season or two (like many espadrilles), but for the price, I think those things are forgivable! Would recommend!
