" The shoe was fine - very comfortable as all of Anne Klein shoes are. I just did not want a patent leather heel on it. My past experience is that patent leather scratches easily, especially on the heel. I guess I did not read the description well enough & did not realize it had patent leather on it. The shoe was fine though and fit great!
