Soles Split
" Husband really liked these until the rubber soles of both shoes split along the ball of the foot, where the shoe bends, after fairly light wear. Now I have to find replacements... womp womp

Wanted to love it, but trouble with sizing
" Loved the style of this boot, and the leather was soft and smelled great. It does have a slightly distressed look though - both pairs I ordered had identical worn toes and slight scuffs along the length of the boot. What bothered me was the fit however - it ran narrow. I ordered my regular size first, but they were too tight even with tights. Ordered a full size up the second time (half size to fit, and an additional half size to accommodate thicker socks for the winter), and while the full size up fit my instep, now it was too long and my foot slid a little front to back. The internal bracing is also very stiff but may break in with wear. The top of the boot in front hit the middle of me knee (at 5'3"). Loved the boot, but hope others have better luck with sizing...

These shoes deliver
" I purchased these for my bridal shoes to be a pop of color under my dress. The rich, bold color makes them modern, but the styling and raw silk material make them classic. That, and my fiance loves the way they make my legs look :) Very satisfied with my purchase.
Note: Fit true to size, but the pleating on the toe is not uniform. A peep-toe opening came a little crunched on one shoe, but it's minor and I'm hoping I can restore a little of its shape by supporting it with the tissue paper when storing. The sole looks like it's made of compressed paper, but it has decent traction.
