" I thought these boots were very cute, but they didn't look Pewter at all. Side-by-side with my black boots, they look black. I wanted them to be more on the "gray-ish" side, but hard to discern that tint or sheen that would make them look Pewter. Also, even with thick socks on, they were slipping up and down on my foot, and that's with ordering my normal size (7.5M). They'll go back.

" I bought these 3 days ago and I've worn them 2 out of the 3 days; super comfortable right out of the box! By the end of the day, the elastic leaves a bit of an indention in the back (heel) bone, but nothing bad enough to keep me from wearing them. :) The neutral color makes them great to wear when nothing else works.

" I thought I was going to love them when I saw the cushioned footbed, but the strap (across the top) had such rough/scratchy edges, that it felt like it was made of sandpaper (when I walked in them). Knew they would be too uncomfortable to get much wear. They were returned.
