Pretty shoe but too short
" I was in a hurry to buy a pair of plain black pumps, and these are very attractive and the price is right. I also have always had "easy feet" - 8.5M shoes always fit just fine, with no breaking in required, so I was confident and excited to see these. They are very pretty and very well made, but they are definitely on the small side for an 8.5: my toes get squished, and the heel rubs a bit. I've already worn them too much to return them - that's how I found out they're too small - but wish I'd bought them half a size larger. Five stars for looks, 2-3 stars for comfort, so a 4-star review overall; would recommend to a friend with the caveat that she should order half a size up.

Cute and nice
" I needed a pair of grey shoes to go with a new suit, and loved the pleating detail and the heel shape on these. Normally, I don't buy non-leather shoes, but these were so cute that I couldn't resist. The color is slightly darker than it looks in the picture, but only by about a shade, so still a nice dove grey. I wear an 8.5, and in retrospect I might have done better with the 9, as these seem to run a bit short. Other than that, no complaints and lots of compliments.

Misled by color
" Even though the color description was "mint green," the picture showed a neutral or silver/grey shoe. Trust me, it really is green. It's a pretty green, and a very cute shoe, but it's not the color I wanted. Returned it and will keep looking.

Cute running-around shoe
" I needed to replace a pair of moccasin-type flats and saw these online. CUTE! They're comfortable and fit well - my first toe is right up against the end, but I would not have wanted to go up a size as I think my foot would have slipped around a lot that way. The only criticism I have is that I usually wear the shoe without socks, and the insoles in both shoes weren't glued down sufficiently, so they come out when I take the shoes off. A little glue should take care of the problem.

" Couldn't decide between a 3 rating and a 4, went with the lower one because the one quibble I have with the shoe may turn out to be a big one. I really like the look of this shoe and find it's comfortable, with one exception - the elastic straps are quite tight. I want a shoe that won't slip off, but I'm finding that I keep reaching down to readjust where the straps cross the top of my feet. (I have neither a particularly high arch nor wide feet, so it's not that.) I'll keep these and hope the elastic relaxes just a bit with wear - to be fair, I'm writing this on the first day I've worn the shoes. They're very attractive and will be very useful, as long as they don't cut my circulation off!
