" i am really satified with these boots. they are very comfortable, and fit true to size. i am looking forward to a cold spell to see if they really keep your feet warm as advertised. the price is right and the ordering and shipment process was easy and timely. if there were to have been a need to return them, all the information was provided with shipment. seems like it as pretty simple too. "
