Order a half size larger
" I tried these on in the store but they did not have the color I wanted so I ordered them online. On the same day, I purchased a pair of flats (LifeStride Liza Too in store) that also seemed comfortable when trying on but after walking in them for half of a day, my feet were killing me due to very stiff heel area and shortness in the toe area. Now that I see the reviews of that flat shoe, the small size is a common complaint. This pump was reported to be true to size in reviews. As soon as I tried these pumps on again when the package arrived at home, I could tell I would have the same complaint about the toe and heel areas. I am exchanging for half size larger and hoping it will work because I want to love them - the Navy looks very nice and the heel is not too high. The footpad is cushiony. I usually wear a 9.5 M, including in pumps, but trying a 10 in these.
