" This boot is advertised as made in Italy. The boot is actually made in Portugal. If you have ever owned a pair of Italian made boots or shoes you know the difference as they are superior to everything else. I was bummed that they advertised these boots incorrectly as that was the only reason I ordered them.
That being said, they do have nice distressed leather and the look is pretty cool. They are light weight as well. I only tried them on...prob won't keep them. The laces are waaaay too long and the leather flap catches in the zipper when you try to zip them up. There also appears to be a bit of extra space down at the bottom of the zipper. All these subtle issues = NOT MADE IN ITALY
DSW, please advertise correctly. "
